About Lynn Hall

Lynn made a career in the lubricant business working more than 33 years for the same company. During that time he worked in retail and plant operations eventually taking on national and international corporate supply chain responsibilities . At 54, change came, as it inevitably does, and he retired. The new freedom allowed him to start Lynnear Woodworks and take on his largest ever building project overseeing the family home construction in Asheville, NC. Lynn is a self-taught, furniture maker and craftsman with 20 plus years or experience. His frugal upbringing taught him to appreciate the satisfaction of working with your hands, learning every day and believing in one's self. Now days, Lynn works from his new studio in the Lexington VA countryside.
